As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of the company, ensuring every guest interaction is warm, professional, and memorable. This role supports daily showroom operations, event coordination, and administrative functions, all while maintaining a polished environment that reflects our brand's values.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Experience Manager and other teams to deliver seamless service and contribute to continuous improvements. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of customer-facing or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented, service-first mindset.
