Outlook Room Finder is a built-in feature of Microsoft 365, for reserving desks, offices, and conference rooms at both our Market St. and Blake St. locations.

• • Outlook Integration:
    • AppSpace Discontinuation: AppSpace will no longer be available after September 30th.
    • Mobile Access: Reservations can also be made on your mobile phone using the Outlook Calendar app.
    • Conference Rooms: All conference rooms will keep their current names and can be reserved through Outlook Room Finder. Any existing reservations for these rooms are still scheduled and valid.
  • Desk & Office Reservations:
    • Assigned Desks: These are designated for specific employees and cannot be reserved.
    • Reservable Desks: These can be booked for daily use via Outlook.
    • Open Desks: These are available on a first-come, first-serve

1. • Create a New Event:
     1. Open Outlook and select New > Event.
     2. Enter the event title, add attendees if needed, and set the date and time.
   • Find and Select a Space:
     1. Click Search for a room or location.
     2. Choose + Browse with Room Finder to open the Room Finder pane on the right.
     3. Use the filters in Room Finder to choose a location and locate available desks, offices, or conference rooms.
   • Confirm the Reservation:
     1. Select your desired space from the list.
     2. Click Send to finalize your reservation. A confirmation will be sent, and the space will be booked for your event.
