Carla holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Central Methodist University and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Additionally, she volunteers with the Therapy Dog Team where she and her dog are trained to provide affection and comfort to people in airports, hospitals, retirement homes, nursing homes, schools, hospices, disaster areas, and to people with mental disorders.
