Jennifer Ray, President of Slate Northern Division
Drawing on more than two decades of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, program leadership, product management, and cross-functional team leadership, Jennifer Ray is well-positioned to contribute to the continued success of the Slate Fort Collins team as they work with clients in Northern Colorado and Wyoming.
Jennifer is deeply committed to the Northern Colorado community, exemplified by her involvement in various organizations. Serving as the Board of Directors Secretary for Realities for Children, Jennifer actively contributes to improving the lives of at-risk youth. Her participation in the Chamber of Commerce as a Local Legislative Affairs Member showcases her advocacy for business and economic development in Fort Collins. Recognized for her leadership potential,
she was selected as a 2017 Colorado Governors Fellow, further demonstrating her civic engagement and commitment to public service. Furthermore, Jennifer’s participation in the 2016 Leadership Fort Collins Cohort underscores her investment in personal and professional development within the local community.
Before joining Slate, Jennifer served as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business at Otter Products. She also gained valuable design and development experience while serving as Director of Strategic Programs for Woodward, where she was accountable for implementing a workplace of the future at Woodward Lincoln Campus.
Jennifer holds two degrees from Colorado State University, a bachelor’s in liberal arts and a master’s in business administration.
