1675 Larimer Lobby

Located near Denver’s 16th Street Mall, the ownership group of 1675 Larimer aimed to refresh the lobby of their commercial office building to attract tenants and increase visitor traffic. The redesign focused on creating a hospitality-forward space, featuring a locally owned coffee shop and flexible areas for meetings, lounging, or work.

Our boutique interiors studio, Marke, provided expertise in selecting furnishings, curating art, and sourcing accessories that aligned with the modern aesthetic while ensuring comfort and functionality. Their work resulted in a cohesive environment that invites users to relax and interact within the space.

3d-identity designed and installed custom wayfinding and ADA signage that not only complemented the lobby’s architectural finishes, such as wood-paneled walls, but also ensured clear navigation. The signage helps guide users to key areas like restrooms, conference rooms, and elevators, blending functionality with a refined design that enhances the overall experience.
