Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, a leading law and lobbying firm based in Denver, commissioned Elements to redesign their 160,000 square-foot office space. Leveraging our multi-studio approach, we focused on delivering a tailored solution that aligned with Brownstein’s commitment to excellence.

Studios Involved:

  • Slate (formerly OfficeScapes): Provided custom office furnishings, with over 50% of the project requiring specialized designs, ensuring an optimal balance between function and aesthetics.
  • 3d-identity: Designed and installed ADA-compliant wayfinding signage, emphasizing accessibility and clarity.

Project highlights: We delivered bespoke furnishings for the owner’s suite, including intricate built-ins, custom marble stone tops, and refurbished leather chairs, blending new and classic elements. The suite’s centerpiece, a round conference table with a sunburst wood grain inlay, added a distinguished touch to the space. Unique, custom-fitted designs were implemented to enhance the exterior office spaces, reflecting the firm’s refined aesthetic.

All furnishings, including highly customized pieces, were delivered on time and within budget, showcasing Elements’ commitment to project execution and client satisfaction. The project demonstrates our ability to collaborate seamlessly with prominent firms like Brownstein, sharing a commitment to leadership and civic engagement in the Denver community.
