Slate providied furnishings to implement a creative and minimalistic design is what shines in 15,500 square feet of finished tenant space consisting of an entry area, boardrooms, small meeting rooms, focus rooms, wellness rooms, open office and open break/stage areas.

3d-identity brought the brand to life through environmental graphics and art work throughout the space. The overall concept of the finished space was based on fitness and modern design, utilizing materials that were sleek and minimal. The historic building contained brick walls and exposed wood ceilings, so every piece of furniture had to fit the overall aesthetic of the minimal design concept.
