Integrated Prefab Solutions
Constructive provided a suite of Falkbuilt solutions that supported both the functional needs and the aesthetic goals of the space. Key features include:

• Glass walls at conference rooms to foster openness
• A solid wall with integrated AV in the reception area
• Telescoping walls that separate public zones from workspaces
• A floor-mounted operable wall in the training room, eliminating the need for structural steel
• Timber features that highlight the open-to-structure ceilings

Furniture & Customization
Slate furnished the space using Steelcase’s high-performance product portfolio, creating a cohesive experience across workstations, private offices, and shared spaces. To ensure material continuity, timber beams from Falkbuilt were custom-stained to match the laminate used in the Steelcase furniture and millwork components.
