Ryan Companies

This project for Ryan Companies, a developer, architect, and general contractor firm in Colorado, focused on delivering a functional yet sophisticated office space that supports productivity and collaboration. Spanning 7,000 square feet, the office includes a mix of workspaces and collaborative areas tailored to Ryan Companies’ unique needs.

Design Approach:

• Workstations & Furniture: The office space features 33 Steelcase workstations, chosen for their ergonomic design and adaptability. Mixed ancillary products were strategically selected to create a cohesive yet flexible environment, enhancing both form and function.
• Collaborative Areas: A large, versatile conference and multipurpose area was designed to support both formal meetings and casual gatherings, offering flexibility for team collaboration. The space also includes phone rooms and shared offices, providing private, focused workspaces.
• Café & Break Areas: A well-designed café serves as a communal hub, promoting a sense of community within the office while providing employees with a comfortable space for breaks and informal meetings.

Client Feedback:
Ryan Companies was extremely pleased with the final outcome, praising the balance of productivity and aesthetics within the workspace. The mixed-use design and quality products from Steelcase helped create a versatile and efficient environment.
