The Elevon
The Elevon is a 300-unit multifamily development in the heart of Denver’s Central Park neighborhood. The community space is built in the location of the original Denver International Airport and is designed to pay homage to the site’s rich aviation past.
The Elevon curates a community for residents while blending comfort, connection, and character. Our solution leaned into the site’s historic legacy and drew from established brand standards to design an immersive, meaningful experience.
Marke and 3d-identity were brought on to complete and elevate the design of The Elevon’s shared spaces with custom environmental graphics, furnishings, accessories, art, and final styling. The scope spanned across the lobby, amenity lounges, rooftop courtyards, co-working floors, and everything in between. Every detail was designed to reinforce the community’s story from a wood-halo illuminated logo in the rideshare lounge to the topographical linework in the Sky Lounge’s custom replica airplane windows.
