The MAX Technology Center

Strategically located within Colorado’s technology triangle in Longmont, The MAX Technology Center is a 475,000 square foot facility that caters to life science, advanced manufacturing, and creative office users. MTC recently underwent a significant renovation to enhance its amenities. The goal was to create a centralized space that fosters community and collaboration among tenants and visitors.

Marke was engaged to bring this vision to life by programming and specifying all the furniture, art, accessories, and styling for the new amenity spaces. The project encompassed a total area of 22,500 sq ft, including 8,250 sq ft of interior amenities and 14,250 sq ft of exterior amenities.

The design approach was hospitality-driven, focusing on creating a welcoming environment with a variety of areas designed to cater to different activities and group sizes. Marke thought through every detail, including custom seat cushions and bolsters for stadium seating to enhance comfort and aesthetics.

The new amenity spaces have been well-received by tenants and visitors alike, showcasing Marke’s ability to transform spaces through human-centered design that ignites inspiration.
